Bosphorus Cruise Tours Istanbul
The Bosphorus is a flower of not only our country but also the whole world with its history, geography and culture of thousands of year. It is a center of attraction visited by residents of Istanbul as well as people from over the world along with its residents.
It connects the Black sea to the Marmara sea. It lenght is 30 kilometers. Considering the recesses and protusion, the lenght of the shores can be calculated. It 55 kilometers long, starting from the Rumelia lighthouse to Ahırkapi lighthouse over the shores of the Goldenhorn; 35 kilometers long between the Anatolian lighthouse to the Maiden's tower on the Anatolian side. The width of the Bosphorus between the Anatolian and Rumelia lighthouse is 3600 meters and 760 meters between Anadolu Hisari and Rumeli hisarı. The deepest point of the Bosphorus is 120 meters.
There currencies from the Black sea to the Marmara sea on the surface and from Marmara to the Black sea below the sea surface. The districts ofÜsküdar, Beylerbeyi, Çengelköy, Anadoluhisari, Kanlica, Paşabahçe, Beykoz, Anadolukavagi on the Asian side and Beşiktas, Ortaköy, Arnavutköy, Rumelihisar, Emirgan, İstinye, Sariyer, Rumelikavagi on the Europeen side embelish the Bosphorus at both side with their distinct historical riches, legendary histories and natural beauty. The Asian and European side of the Bosphorus are embellished with beautiful waterside residences.
